Your website is fantastic for the side of running that we often forget/neglect. As a runner who suffers with calf cramp at longer distance (over 10 miles for a half and over 20 miles for a full marathon), I am always looking at ways to strengthen my legs.
I understand from a sports massage that the pain from the cramps is where the MCL connects, do you have any advice for strengthen this area?
