Dynamic Quads Stretch for Runners

Earlier this week, in response to our video on Hip Flexor Stretching for Runners, our friend James Bale of the MX12 VIP Team asked the following question:

“Do you have anything for loosening up tight quads? I am rolling and doing the classic quad stretch at the moment…?”

I recorded this quick video to demonstrate a variation of the classic quads stretch 🙂

  • Hi James on suffering with injuries in my calf not sure it’s nevertheless of weaknesses in other muscle groups which may be causing it. Any advice on what others muscle groups i could work on strengthening.
