  1. I have a problem with my heels after wearing flat shoes for a couple of days. My heels hurt and even after rubbing and massaging them, they still ache. I will wear a wedge shoe or cross fit shoe to work depending on my day, or even a rather low heel. It will take several days of not wearing flats for my heels to stop hurting. Any suggestions?
