Dr. Jack Daniels is a running legend! Many of us will know him as the author of Daniels’ Running Formula, a go-to text book for many coaches, outlining his training philosophies.
I always enjoy listening to him speak, as so many of his key coaching principals seem to echo our own views and the discussions we have with our coached athletes.
