Junk Miles & Running Form [Q&A Video]

 

You guys have been asking me to do a Q&A video for some time now… So here goes!

I asked our Facebook audience for questions and a couple of recurring topics were running technique and marathon training, particularly regarding ‘junk miles’. In today’s video I discuss these two topics in a little more detail.

  • What is best way to try to teach running form for football type speed to 13-16 year olds.

    Kevin, I had good results using ‘sprinting drills’ when try to improve footballer running strength and speed. A good change from usual training too and something they can do on their own once learned.
