Lots of rotation in our two exercises chosen today. For “straight line” athletes like runners, rotational work is still really important!

  • Kneeling Thoracic Extension & Rotation: 3 x 20 each side
  • Med Ball Twists: 3 x 30 (substitute ~5kg object for med ball)

James has an academic background in Sport Rehabilitation and a special interest in Applied Biomechanics. He currently coaches a large number of Runners and Triathletes across all levels of ability and performance.
