An old-school medicine ball exercise to finish today’s 15min workout! Time to get those abs burning!

  • Hamstring Stretch: 2 x 45 seconds each leg
  • High Step-Up: 3 x 20 each leg
  • Med Ball Twists: 3 x 30 (substitute ~5kg object for med ball)
