Today we take a calf warm-up exercise and use it as an everyday stretch. Lots of rotational control work today with the lunges and abdominal exercises – vital for running and swimming in particular!

  • Clock Face Lunges: 3 x 6 times round, each leg
  • Medicine Ball Twist: 3 x 30 alternating sides
