All we need is a wall for this powerful variation of a squat for runners! Followed by some core work with a dynamic plank variation.

  • Rotational Hamstring Stretch: 2 x 30sec – 1min each leg
  • Runner’s Wall Squat: 3 x 10 each leg, slowly
  • Plank With Knee Tuck: 3 x 30 alternating
