WOD: Saturday 15th December 2012

A nice deep stretch for those Adductors to begin with, using this Spiderman inspired exercise! This will prepare you nicely for those Sumo Squats. Enjoy!

  • Spiderman Adductor Stretch: 2 x 30sec-1min each side
  • Sumo Squat: 3 x 20 (Slowly Down : Quickly Up)
  • Mountain Climbers: 3 x 1min (“Fitter Style”)
