  • Just listened to this after returning to running 5 months after giving birth. The importance of pelvic floor exercise can’t be underestimated as you said so many times! Many of my mummy friends obviously have not taken this advice and are still struggling. Lots of great tips and information, thank you. It has inspired to keep running during my next pregnancy (if there is one!).
