Dynamic Stretches for Runners from Gray Caws

Our friend Gray Caws, Personal Trainer and Chi Running coach has produced the great video featured below to demonstrate a few dynamic exercises for runners to use to warm-up some key body parts.

We’re not Chi Running coaches here at Kinetic Revolution. However, while we use different terminology to Gray, some of these exercises are very similar variations to those we see a lot of benefit using with our athletes!

Terminology aside, these ankle, hip and core / upper body exercises are well worth a try before your next run…
