Earlier this week, in response to our video on Hip Flexor Stretching for Runners, my friend James Bale asked the following question:
“Do you have anything for loosening up tight quads? I am rolling and doing the classic quad stretch at the moment…?”

Hi James on suffering with injuries in my calf not sure it’s nevertheless of weaknesses in other muscle groups which may be causing it. Any advice on what others muscle groups i could work on strengthening.
