WOD: Wednesday 20th March 2013

  • Piriformis Stretch: 2 x 30sec-1min each leg
  • Balance with Hip Abduction: 3 x 15 each leg (focus on Glute activation to move leg outwards)
  • Glute Med Hold: 3 x 30sec hold each side
