  • This is great!! I wish I would have found this six months ago! I have been trying to make up my own home workouts using a combination of TRX, Insanity and Youtube. And to say it is hit or miss would be a nice description. My only question would be is 15 mins a day really enough for a distance runner? I have a set of core exercises that I do for my hips, abs and glutes along with training with a coach and running. But I am used to doing an hour each day, not that I am complaining!

    • Hi Anthony,

Thanks! I’m glad you find the site useful :)

You’re right, in an ideal work 15mins isn’t enough for a distance runner… but it’s still more than many distance runners do AT ALL. I’m working on the principal that something is better than nothing!

      • Thanks for the reply. I can’t argue with that! I think it is a great start, just setting aside the time each day has been my major problem, so making it part of the daily routine (for me) will be the catalyst for getting back to my old routine and shape. I used to go to the gym daily and after giving up my membership and working from home it’s just too easy to find more work to do than to workout.
