Today’s focus is flexibility, with a short targeted routine containing three key stretches for runners.

  • Quad Stretch: 3 x 30sec – 1min holds each side
  • Hip Flexor Stretch: 3 x 30sec – 1min holds each side
  • Piriformis Stretch: 3 x 30sec – 1min holds each side
