  • Rectus Femoris Stretch: 2 x 30sec-1min each leg
  • Single Leg Superman: 3 x 15 each leg (try to reach full horizontal position, arms and leg)
  • Balancing Through the Big Toe: 3 x 15 each leg

About The Author

James has an academic background in Sport Rehabilitation and a special interest in Applied Biomechanics. He currently coaches a large number of Runners and Triathletes across all levels of ability and performance.
