Here’s a really effective Hamstring stretch to try. Often this approach yields fantastic results in a short time-frame.

  • “Best Hamstring Stretch Ever”: 2 x 8 each leg
  • High Step-Up: 3 x 20 each leg (add weight as a progression)
  • Single Leg Reverse Curl: 3 x 20 alternating legs (10 left, 10 right)
