Try this rotational variation of a hamstring stretch. It hits some different areas compared to the usual version! These wall squats are tough – let us know how you get on!
- Rotational Hamstring Stretch: 2 x 30sec – 1min each leg
- Runner’s Wall Squat: 3 x 10 each leg, slowly
