Balancing and distributing the load properly through the Big Toe is more of a challenge than it looks for many runners.

  • Four-Way Hip Flexor Stretch: 3 x 1min each side (moving throughout)

  • Balancing through the big toe drill, loved it, but couldn’t get past the assume try in the presenters leg bulk. What’s the history with the left leg? Much smaller calf and quad girth than right? Just curious.
