Time to introduce the single leg woodchops today. Hopefully your abs aren’t too sore after yesterday’s plank challenge!

  • Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch: 2 x 30 seconds each leg
  • Single Leg Woodchop: 3 x 15 each leg
