Can you squat properly? So frequently I’m stunned at how even high level runners and triathletes move really badly through a simple squat pattern. It’s therefore not surprising that many of these athletes fail to get full benefit from their gym work. As ever, technique is everything!
Today we take time to focus on perfecting this key movement. The squatting movement is the foundation to so many great exercises.
- Active Hamstring Stretch: 6 x “7 counts” each leg
- Body Weight Squat (Technique): 5 x 12 focussed on good form
