WOD: Monday 21st January 2013

The Bulgarian Split Squat is a real challenge for many runners, especially if you add a little resistance with light dumbbells.

  • Quad Stretch: 2 x 30sec-1min each leg
  • Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 x 15 each leg (holding weights if desired)
