A focus on Glute Medius today. The first exercise is nicely functional for running, the second is just plain cruel!

  • Balance with Hip Abduction: 3 x 15 each leg (focus on Glute activation to move leg outwards)
  • Glute Med Hold: 3 x 30sec hold each side
