Welcome to our Glute Kickstart Programme!

I’ve created a twelve week programme to help runners just like you kickstart those important butt muscles, covering everything from basic engagement to stability, strength and running form!

There are of course SO many exercises and drills we could have included in the programme, but my number one objective (other than the programme being effective), is that it should be structured so as to fit-in to busy lifestyles and existing training plans. As such, the routines are short and focused!
