James has an academic background in Sport Rehabilitation and a special interest in Applied Biomechanics. He currently coaches a large number of Runners and Triathletes across all levels of ability and performance.   • Hi, this is a really useful podcast – thank you! Trying to work on pacing a bit at the moment as usually run by feel….so just looking at your pacing workshop dates also, and hoping to come along!

    Thanks for that. Pacing by feel is one way of doing it but remember that even pace is increased effort. Hope to see you at one or both of our workshops!
