What is the Kinetic Revolution Method?

A coaching method not a one size fits all Running Technique

Our uniquely developed coaching method enables us to enhance the running performance of athletes through a combination of Running Technique Coaching and the use of structured Strengthening Exercises for Runners.

It is our strong belief that the combination of poor running technique, and the associated weakness and inactivity of certain key muscle groups is the underlying cause of the majority of common running injuries, and major limiting factor to running performance.
