Episode 22: Interview with Josephine Moultrie

This week, Neil interviews Scottish middle distance runner Josephine Moultrie of Victoria Park City of Glasgow AC and New Mexico Uni.

They discuss the differences, benefits and challenges associated with training and racing within a university team environment such as with The Lobos setup, versus training individually as we often tend to here in the UK. Other topics covered include race strategy, altitude training, time management and the overriding importance of consistency in all that you do as an athlete.

Hopefully there’s something we can all relate to within this interview….
