    Love the website and you have lots of great stuff on here but how about a couple of videos showing your pre-run warm up routine and the post-run cool down. I’m thinking about all the stretching we know we are supposed to be doing but we’re not. Having just suffered yet another lower back spasming incident whilst bending over to pick up a piece of paper off the ground I was informed by my Osteopath that all my muscles are super tight and this is not helped by avoiding stretching during my 40mile/week running program.
